In accordance with the amendments to the tax legislation, from January 1, 2020, taxes on land plots and real estate owned by individuals have been combined into a single individual  property tax. This was reported by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this connection, the calculated amount of tax includes obligations on immovable property and land and is paid in a single amount.

"The deadline for paying property tax for 2020 expires on October 1, 2021," - the SRC recalled.

The amount of property tax before its due date with the simultaneous possibility of making payments using ready-made details can be found in the "Upcoming payments" service kgd.gov.kz, mobile application "E-salyq Azamat", as well as in mobile applications of banks Kaspi.kz and Homebank.

In addition, information on taxable objects can be viewed in the "Tax Wallet" section of the "E-salyq Azamat" mobile application or contact the State Revenue Department at the location of such objects.
